TechDevice provides customized solutions for designs that fall outside of the parameters of the TDXPress line of balloons:  Custom options include but are not limited to:

Non-Compliant Types

• Materials: Nylon, Pebax, PET, PE, EVA, and more
• Sizes: 1.5mm-20+mm diameters; lengths 8mm-250mm
• Custom shapes available upon request

Semi-Compliant Types

• Materials: Low/High-durometer Polyurethane, Polyethylene and more
• Sizes: 1.5mm-20+mm diameters; lengths 8mm-250mm
• Custom shapes available upon request

Compliant Types

• Materials: Yulex®, Latex, Polyisoprene and more
• Sizing:  Most sizes available upon request
• Custom shapes available upon request

Pebax

• Ideal for medium to high pressures - requires a thicker wall than PET
• Offers durability
• Clear material
• Typically sterilized by means of Eto
• Can be thermally welded or adhesive bonded

 Nylon

• Ideal for medium to high pressures - requires a thicker wall than PET
• Offers durability
• Clear material
• Typically sterilized by means of Eto
• Can be thermally welded or adhesive bonded

PET

• Ideal for high pressures
• Primarily used because of its ability to mold into thin wall configurations for low profiles
• Clear material
• Typically sterilized by means of Eto or radiation
•  Adhesive bonded

Semi-Compliant Types

Polyurethane (high-durometer)

• Used for lower pressure applications
• Typically sterilized by means of Eto
• Thermally welded or adhesive bonded

Polyethylene (Information available upon request)

Compliant Types

• Yulex®, Latex, and low-durometer Polyurethanes
• Volume defines performance verses pressure
• Highly elastic
• Compliance range: 50% - 800%+
