Services

Centerless Grinding

• Raw wire - .005" to .032" OD’s
• Taper lengths – 1 cm to 20 cm
• Standard taper down to .002" OD's
• Negative grind services 

End Forming

• Stainless steel cores down to .002" OD’s
• Negative core down to .004" OD’s

Coil Winding

• Stainless steel wire - .001" - .007" OD's
• Stainless steel wire up to 9' length
• Platinum wire - .002" - .003' OD's
• Platinum wire up to 8' length
• Flat and round wire capabilities
• Nitinol coils, flat

Other sizes and alloys for coil winding services available upon request.

Cross Winding

• Multi-filiar coils up to 4 wires
• Nitinol coils available
• Platinum coils available

Spot welding

• Single/multiple welds, 180 degrees
• Stainless steel coil to stainless steel core
• Stainless steel coil to nitinol core
• Nitinol core to stainless steel core

Brazing

• Stainless steel coil to stainless steel core - .014" - .038” OD's
• Stainless steel to nitinol
• Platinum coil to stainless steel core - .014" - .038" OD's
• Platinum to stainless steel
• Platinum to nitinol
• Multiple brazing up to 3 or more times per piece

Ball Welding

• Stainless steel/platinum coil to stainless steel coil
• Stainless steel to nitinol
• Platinum to stainless steel
• Platinum to nitinol

Coatings

• Coils, cores and final assemblies
• Materials: PTFE spray, PTFE sleeve, polyurethane jackets
• Custom colors available to meet design specifications

Swaging

• Radiopaque markers, single or multiple
• Wire sizes - .004" - .038" OD’s
• RO marking swaging on ground cores as low as .006"

Ultrasonic Cleaning

• Small components
• Large components up to 11" x 14" long
