PART TIME ASSEMBLER
20 to 30 hours per week
Assemblers will perform a variety of tasks with established procedures for the manufacturing of Guidewires or Balloon catheters. Responsible for inspecting product as it is assembled to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform assembly of components according to prints and procedures.
Take measurements using such tools as micrometer, caliper.
Use microscope to spot weld, ball weld, solder, and inspect.
Engage in other tasks relevant to department needs such as Pull test, coil stuffing, skiving multi lumen extrusion.
Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have good communication skills in speech and writing. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination in a team environment. Must be adaptable to changing procedures and have the ability to learn new procedures due to changing products and technology. High school diploma required.
PART TIME GRINDING OPERATOR
20 to 30 hours per week
Grinding operator will grind a variety of metal cores with established procedures for the manufacturing of Guidewires. Responsible for inspecting ground product off the grinder to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.
Responsibilities Include:
Operating and adjusting grinding equipment according to procedures and documentation.
Set up machine and prepare raw material for machine operation.
Measure ground core using the profile 4000 and print out results.
Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have good communication skills in speech and writing. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination in a team environment. Must be adaptable to changing procedures and have the ability to learn new procedures due to changing products and technology. High school diploma required. Experience in grinding and machine setup a plus.
PART TIME WINDING OPERATOR
20 to 30 hours per week
Winding operator will wind a variety of different size wires ranging from .003 to .0068 round and flat wire with established procedures for the manufacturing of coils. Responsible for inspecting wound product off the winder to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.
Responsibilities Include:
Operating and adjusting winding equipment according to procedures and documentation.
Set up machine and make necessary adjustments to keep equipment running consistently.
Measure wound coils using a micrometer & pin gage and record results.
Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have good communication skills in speech and writing. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination in a team environment. Must be adaptable to changing procedures and have the ability to learn new procedures due to changing products and technology. High school diploma required. Experience in winding and machine setup a plus.
